GLAZE TEST

The last week of April St.Joris sent us five buckets with glaze so that we could make some tests applying them above our white bricks. The five buckets had the same blue color with different additives and glues. We set as follows the test conditions:

1. Glaze applied with gun.

2. We should add water to the glaze so that we could spray it well enough with the gun.

3. First we would take white bricks of the line, then spray them, and finally put them back on the line.

4. We took as a reference that you put 12 grams glaze above your bricks, so for our size we should put 15/16 grams glaze.

We opened your buckets last week and we found that we had a 3 cm layer at bottom in each bucket. We mixed it up for one hour with our driller. Then we started our tests. These are the final results.
