Resumen

El problema principal en la presente investigacion, es el diagnóstico tardío de un embarazo ectópico, lo que conduce en casi todos los casos a complicaciones importantes e intervenciones quirúrgicas de emergencia. Es el factor clave responsable de tales índices elevados de mortalidad en mujeres que sufren un embarazo ectópico.

El primer trimestre es un periodo crítico, para el  diagnóstico de un embarazo.  La única prueba  de una gestación intrauterina normal,  es la visualización de un embrión vivo. Sin embargo, dentro de las diversas técnicas que se tienen o se emplean en la actualidad destaca una que por su valor diagnóstico,  ha merecido ser estudiada a efectos de aprovecharla en el diagnóstico del mismo, la ultrasonografía en el embarazo ectópico.

Objetivo general

Determinar la importancia del uso  de la ultrasonografía, por su valor diagnóstico en el embarazo ectópico en mujeres atendidas en el servicio de ginecología del Hospital Católico S/M HCSM en el año 2018

CONTENIDO:

La investigacion para su compresión está estructurada a partir de la introducción en dos capítulos específicos. En la introducción se plantean aspectos metodológicos como ser: la situación problémica, objeto y campo de acción, objetivos general y específicos, métodos y técnicas empleados; en el Capítulo I, se hace una descripción teórica de los conceptos y definiciones de más relevancia; en el Capítulo II se pone énfasis en el tema propiamente dicho, destacándose la importancia de la ultrasonografía ginecológica, para el diagnóstico del embarazo ectópico.  Finalmente se formulan las correspondientes conclusiones y recomendaciones.

El grupo etario comprendido entre 20-35 años fue el de mayor frecuencia que presentó Embarazo Ectópico en las primíparas y multíparas.

Abstract

The main problem in the present investigation is the late diagnosis of an ectopic pregnancy, which leads in almost all cases to important complications and emergency surgical interventions. It is the key factor responsible for such high mortality rates in women who suffer an ectopic pregnancy.

The first trimester is a critical period for the diagnosis of a pregnancy. The only proof of a normal intrauterine gestation is the visualization of a living embryo. However, within the various techniques that are used or are currently used, one that stands out due to its diagnostic value, has deserved to be studied in order to take advantage of it in its diagnosis, ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy.

Overall objective

To determine the importance of the use of ultrasonography, due to its diagnostic value in ectopic pregnancy in women treated in the Hospital gynecology service ginecologic Hospital Catolico In the year 2018

CONTENT:

The research for its understanding is structured from the introduction in two specific chapters. The introduction considers methodological aspects such as: the problem situation, object and field of action, general and specific objectives, methods and techniques used; in Chapter I, a theoretical description of the most relevant concepts and definitions is made; In Chapter II, emphasis is placed on the topic itself, highlighting the importance of gynecological ultrasonography for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Finally, the corresponding conclusions and recommendations are formulated.

The age group between 20-35 years was the most frequent that presented Ectopic Pregnancy in the primiparous and multiparous.
