Instrucciones

1. Prepara arroz blanco. Si es del día anterior, mejor. Separa bien los granos para que quede suelto. Resérvalo.

2. Calienta un wok o sartén profunda, agrégale 1 cucharada de aceite (ó manteca de cerdo) y cocina las carnes, una por una (cerdo, res, pollo, camarones). Resérvalas aparte.

3. En el mismo wok agrega un poco más de grasa y saltea los vegetales en este orden: primero el jengibre, la zanahoria, el apio, los guisantes, los brotes de soya y cualquier otro que incluyas excepto el cebollín. Ponle una pizca de sal ó una cucharada de salsa de soya salada.

4. Agrega las carnes que tienes reservadas y revuelve un par de minutos.

5. Agrega los huevos previamente cocinados en otra sartén.

6. Incorpora el arroz blanco y mezcla bien.

7. Si lo deseas, ponle un par de cucharadas de salsa de soya oscura para darle color al plato. Si no, ignora este paso.

8. Agrega el cebollín fresco y retira del fuego.

9. Sirve inmediatamente y disfruta de este delicioso arroz chino.

Classic recipe of Chinese rice

Portions: 4

Ingredients

4 cups of cooked rice

1 chicken breast stung in buckets (optional)

1 cup of fresh shrimps without (optional) skin

1 steak of beef or (optional) mince pork in buckets

2 eggs

1 medium-sized carrot

1 celery stem

2 or 3 scallions

A peas puñito

1 cup of sprouts of soybean

1 piece of ginger of approximately 3 centimeters long

3 lard spoonfuls (ó vegetable oil) Go out ó sauce of salty soybean

2 spoonfuls of sauce of (optional) dark soybean

Instructions

It prepares white rice. If it is of the previous, better day. It separates well the grains so that it remains free. Reserve it.

It warms a wok or deep frying pan, add 1 oil spoonful (ó lard) and cook the meats, one for one (pig, animal, chicken, shrimps). Reserve them apart.

In the same wok he adds a little more of fat and attacks the vegetablesin this order: first the ginger, the carrot, the celery, the peas, the sprouts of soybean and any other that you include except the scallion.

Put a salt pinch ó a spoonful of sauce of salty soybean.

He adds the meats that you have reserved and it stirs a pair of minutes.

He adds the eggs previously cooked in another frying pan.

It incorporates the white rice and mixes well. If you wish it, put a pair of spoonfuls of sauce of dark soybean to give him color to the plate.

If not, he ignores this step.

He adds the fresh scallion and withdraws of the fire.

It serves immediately and enjoys this
