PROBLEM STATEMENT

With the existence of the illicit activity about the money washing could result reduced and in its case to prevent the crime, with the intervention of the Federal Police in its functions, thus the federal police as itself does not point out the prevention of crime about money washing, but it already attributes expressly the prevention of crimes that put in damage the security of the Mexican state, that consequently in the last years there has been a disrupted crime which in the last years has increased the crime rate about money washing.

For this reason we will have in the following study as the posing of the study which is the reason of the public insecurity that faces our country? And In which way it could prevent the crime in our country?

JUSTIFICATION

The justification that is present in the study that we will do is: nevertheless the great insecurity that faces our country, it is necessity to analyze and determine those factors that are causing that insecurity, thus day by day it is listened in the different communication media the crime rate that affects our society

However, our country counts on different institutions that are in charge to offer and guard the public security scope, that is the case of the federal police, joint to it, in these days it is combating the crime for the different institutions nevertheless, the prevention of crime most be considerated like a strategy point, analyzing it and persuading those elements that aggravate the criminal situation in our country.

Joint to the situation that the Mexican country is facing, in this study it will do an analysis of the National Security and the Public Security to emphasize the role of the Federal Police among its functions, the one to prevent the crime. This prevention will be done not only with the indicated in the legal frame, but also with new strategies denominated; intelligence strategies
