WHAT TECHNIQUES ARE USED BY COCA-COLA TO ATTRACT THEIR CUSTOMERS?

1. The message is optimistic. The message of this campaign is “Share with ..." and different names depending on location and the context is. Besides the idea of sharing is nice and optimistic going very consistent with what the brand always tries to express in their advertising : happiness , union and joy. Historically, their campaigns have helped improve the reputation of the brand.

2. It involves the consumer. Perhaps the greatest success of the campaign is that the consumer is part and unites the product. 3. Because it works on any platform. The campaign is simple and fun; and it looks good on any media spectacular, internet, print, and so on. The message and design is adjustable so it can be correct for all types of channel and demographic area.

Although Coca-Cola is a company that sells millions of refreshments, this campaign encourages the purchase, even among people who regularly do not consume these beverages. Consumers look in stores his name and if found, or a family member or friend probably buy it.

5. You can tailor the message. The names have great power in virtually any field, including in popular culture. Therefore, this campaign can adapt to the environment to make your message more effective. For example, days before the premiere of the movie TMNT, Coca-Cola launched an ad cans with the names of the four heroes in shell: Michelangelo, Leonardo, Donatello and Raphael.

7. It generates that people talk about it. The best result that can produce an advertising campaign is to get are the same consumers who make it viral. Surely these days have heard your classmates talk about it, maybe make a joke or "complaining" about not finding his name.

8. It is a consumer product. Being a product aimed at people of different demographic and psychological profile, the campaign succeeds perfectly to create a message that works for everyone: we all have a name and people with whom we could share a can of Coca-Cola.

9. It can cause artists and celebrities to share. Along with the general public, this campaign has also resonated among influential people from different fields, allowing further customize the experience. For example, the commentator and former player Luis Garcia received a can with the legend "Dr. Garcia "whose image shared in their social networks.
