At the beginning of the 19th century appeared certain contrary currents about the fast food some as “slow food” movement as born in 1984. (Promoted by Jose Bovè) Put`s its objective to fight against habits that introduce the fast food in our lives. Documentaries appear in the middle Medias denouncing situation as the film “more related to hamburger documentary –super size Me- Directed by and starred in by Morgan spurlock (2004) in which he only decides to eat at McDonald’s Restaurant`s for a month. Social pressure increases and some chain fast food restaurants like McDonald’s announce in March 2006 that they , will include nutrition in the packaging of all it`s products.

One of the most important characteristics of fast food is that it can communicate without the use of cutlery, some examples are pizza, hamburgers, chicken, tacos, sandwiches, French fries, onion rings etc. Characteristics that allow different types of services: Local consumption, local collection and consumption on the street or at home, home delivery.

In addition to this feature is that in most fast food estableciments no waiters, no table service staff although there is usually, someone responsible for collecting and cleaning table preparing them for new customers, and staff must make arrow to, order and pay for their food, which is delivered instantly of after a short period of time so you can then go and enjoy it, sitting at home or elsewhere. There are no table service itself makes it common for parking “invent” customers to collect food depositing the remams in trash bins and tooling( often only the tray) in a place provided for that effect.

It`s also common that there is a window where it can be ordered and collected from the ear(drive-in) to eat in the some car, at home or some place.
