Introduction

In this project you will be able to find a complete number of steps and information that leads to the commercialization of a natural product from one country to another, in this case our company @American Choice’s decided to commercialize @Avocado Seed Oil. The project consists on the production and distribution of the product from its country of origin that it’s Mexico and to introduce in the United States of America.  

For this project to reach its goal, our company needs to be able to design a complete plan that requires different skills, organization and the complete development of each of the next steps:

• Who is American Choice’s? A complete description of our company and its approach to the international marker. Also an explanation of our mission and vision taking this two elements as a way to our company to fulfill the market expectations.
• What is the @Avocado Seed Oil, and why is this product an excellent choice to introduce in the market, a complete list of its benefits as well as its advantages over other products of the same sector.
• A complete analysis of viability based on real facts and a FODA analysis to contrast each of the product and market characteristics.
• A complete logistic plan, this will integrate all the process for the product from its creation to till it reaches the retailers and finally the costumer. This is a very important point since we need to put our product in the retailers shelf’s around the selected market.
• Our budget plan. This includes all the costs related to its production, exportation, transport, legal documents and the final price that will have the product by the time it reaches the retailers.
• What legal documents do we need? This includes all the documents we will need to fulfill for the plenty realization of the project, such as customs documentation and country rules we need to have in mind.

American Choice’s

American Choice’s is a company created in the year 2015 under the agreement of its two owners and actionists Miguel Martinez and Sergio Noriega. The company has its headquarters in the city of San Luis Rio Colorado, in Sonora. @American Choice’s is a company that is dedicated to the production of certain consumables and edibles of the food market in Mexico. With more than 10 different products on its list of production and commercialization in Mexico, American Choice’s decides to take a new step and incursion into the international market with the introduction of one of its more famous products, the @Avocado Seed Oil.
