DIAGNOSTICO Y TRATAMIENTO: PACIENTE CON (TDAH) DESARROLLO NEUROLOGICO EMBRIONAL.

1. RESUMEN

Tras siglos de estudio, se han desarrollado distintas investigaciones sobre el misterio de la evolución del cerebro desde el nivel fisiológico, tratando de comprender el centro del razonamiento como el ultimo en desarrollarse dentro del mismo, la mayoría de los neurólogos han estado pendientes de las investigaciones que se realizan para lograr el entendimiento de la complejidad del funcionamiento de este órgano primordialmente importante y poder llegar a establecer que un cerebro es “promedio”. Dentro de este ensayo se pretende por medio de un caso específico conocer la importancia de tener un diagnostico oportuno y llevar un tratamiento adecuado enfocado a las necesidades de los pacientes con el trastorno del (TDAH). Es importante destacar la influencia del ambiente psicosocial como parte del entendimiento neurológico de este trastorno, que se desarrolló durante el proceso embrionario y por tal motivo la inmadurez del tallo cerebral, dando como resultado un daño fisiológico. Dicho escrito está basado en la experiencia de un servidor durante el tratamiento terapéutico a un paciente de 7 años con (TDHA) DESDE EL DESARROLLO NEUROLOGICO EMBRIONAL, que se originó a nivel tallo cerebral y lóbulo temporal. Durante estos SEIS meses de terapia, han surgido rasgos importantes que permiten determinar el ambiente familiar como el principal factor de complejidad en el desarrollo psicosocial y conductual del infante, dando a conocer el daño fisiológico y respaldo a la parte clínica, tras los criterios de diagnostico basados en el DSM-IV-TR.

2. Abstract.
