Emotional Conflicts and their adjustment

In our lives, the humans we have a lot of impulses for be liked and accepted, and when we are in the process for this no all our impulses can be satisfied, sometimes we have a lot of impulses can't be satisfied and this cause problems in our life.

These problems can result in frustration or emotional conflicts .

-I think the frustration appears when some action of another person stop our stisfaction or wish for something.

All the people had different reaction for this, and they can expressed in diferents ways.

For example an agressive behavior, and this can be expressed in direct or indirect form.

-The conflicts when two or more motivations can’t be satisfied at the same time, because they are very contradictory.

But like we want one also we want at the other. That is the moment when comes the conflict.

-Searching for adjust

Started with the anxiety produced by the conflict.

The most common, has a start in the looking for differents ways to found the solution at the conflict.

-We have some mechanisms of defense for these conflicts.

They are developed from real or imaginary feelings of the lack of myself.

*Characteristics that usually appear in people that experiment inferiority:

➢ Hypersensitive to criticism

➢ Handicap ideas

➢ Sensitivity to adulation

➢ Hypercriticism attitudes to the others

*Examples of the mechanism of defense:

➢ Super compensation: It's forced attempt to mask their own deficiencies real or imaginary.

➢ Rationalization: It is an illogical process, is a blindness to the direct evidence and get the person reaches conclusions that wants to believe, and expect others persons also believe.

➢ Projection: Process by which a person projects in the other, the motivations and characteristics for which he is sensitive.

➢ Negative attitudes: It is derived from the ancient fable of the fox trying to catch a bunch of grapes placed so high that he could not reach it. To conceal his pride said, "Anyway, I do not care, the grapes were unripe."
