NYPS FTP/CMR Art Inbox Process
NYPS FTP process will be worked and arts reconcile in the Night Shift. Process is described as follows:
FTP/CMR Art processing:
1. Process all AWTs
2. Move all AWT’s to Cmrart-Legacy
3. Unzip all files
AWT Sorting:
On Daily basis Berry DR NYPS Night Shift will sort all received files (EPS and PDF).
User will sort by opening all PDF files labeled with AWT.
User will use the Master Schedule to determine which publication system the AWT belongs. He/She will filter by: Directory Name and Number to determine this information.
Berry DR will move PDF file labeled with AWT to Cmrart-legacy folder.
Once the PDF file is completed Berry DR Can’t delete the AWT/ PDF file from Cmrart
Dayton will retrieve AWT from Cmrart-legacy folder
Dayton will then retrieve the art file from Cmrart, moving the file to Dayton server
Berry DR will ensure that all AWTs Core and Legacy are removed from the FTP site daily.
Berry DR will ensure to move all AWT/ PDF/EPS from FTP site to Art Log Folder Daily. (Located in Shared folder).
Berry DR will log all Art ID’s from LEGACY/CORE directories in an Excel Sheet located in the berry portal (link below). All these done in a daily manner, specified by:
o Directory number
o CMR number
o Client number
o Art ID
