Our product calls "easy poop” and consists of the production and installation of a bath for dogs of the homes.

In our investigation we find four big competitors in our area of Market, which handle the same type of product, they produce a plastic container protected with a patch of synthetic pasture, which leaks the urine of the dog, nevertheless these containers must be cleaned daily to avoid bad smells in the house.

Doctor Pet is a pet shop located in Medellin. They sell products for dogs and cats like food, accessories, health and beauty products and veterinary medicinal products. Furthermore, they offer the services of veterinary consultation and canine and feline hairdressing. They have a store in Medellin centre; also, they sell their products on their website.

They have two similar products to ours, firstly they sell a carpet that imitates the natural grass and it helps the puppies to do their physiological necessities on it, secondly they sell a product called “Ecopatio”, it is similar to the previous but this one has a drawer that collect the dog’s urine.

These are the most similar products to “Easy Poop” but our product avoid the unpleasant task of clean up the poop because it operates like the toilet people use.

Wee wee patch is distributed by the company four paws. Since 1970, in USA, California, Four Paws has been committed to manufacturing the highest quality pet products available on the market.

This company relies on a branch here in Colombia and that his product is in charge of distributor in different shops for pets as: agro campo, ceva, animals, pet Co etc... With an approximate cost of 200 thousand pesos.

Easy Poop is connected to the household plumbing and its operation is equal to the toilet people use. It is useful for those people that have a dog in an apartment or house and the dog does not have a specific place for do their physiological necessities.

In conclusion, us we think that our product is more viable, since it does not need to be cleaned constant, activity on that it can put stress or dislike different persons. Our product is a bit costlier but it is worth a sorrow investing in him, has a useful long enough life unlike the products distributed by our competitors.
