a) Discover the relationship between a famous person and the rest of his/her family. Make a family tree and write down each of the family ties you noticed. (You can select a singer, actor, family member, etc. You must really know him/her or you will have to research for the information)
b) Introduce the members of the family through drawings, e.g. This is _______. This is his/her uncle, this is his/her grandfather, etc.
c) Show the importance of the words: parents and relatives, and the distinction between brother and sister and the word cousin, related to feminine and masculine gender. e.g. This is his father and his mother: They are his parents.
d) Express how you would say in English: ¿Tienes parientes en otro estado?, and similar questions to practice identifying the difference in vocabulary and gender. Write 5 examples.[pic 6]
