"Lose weight without starving"

It seems an impossible ideal but ... why not? There are many people who can not give up so easily consume the quantities of food to which you are accustomed nor may leave certain foods. This is the problem with many strict diets which are difficult to perform or which break or leave a week or month, because the person may not suit those requirements.

When a person can not lose weight because it can not keep a diet, usually discouraged and perhaps costing increasingly start a new, so many times the person adapts to their dissatisfaction or frustration, and learn to live with she.

Not all diets are for everyone. Many times, will require some diets are the key point to not meet or end, even the number of prohibitions often what is most encouraging urge to eat, why they say that "the forbidden is what it seems more ".

However, you may go down in weight without giving up what you eat. And no need operations or take special pills to suppress hunger or exercise too much. No. How you will lose weight then? Well, if you do not want to stop eating, then ... you'll have to eat more!
