“Moneyball Movie Review”

In the film you can highlight various attitudes of perseverance in difficult times for the team. The Oakland with less than major league budget, were not intimidated and persecuted equally high goals, seeking to achieve the implementation of innovative strategies never before seen in baseball. All this was thanks to the proactive view of your manager who looked beyond what has always been done with the aim of achieving their achievements, that's how he hired an economist to perform statistical calculations of players, taking into account qualitative aspects, reinforcing their potential, develop their skills, knowing your fears and overcoming them, leaving the players see them as a single commodity. Although for most people (directors, fans, and commentators) was a bad strategy, the manager still holding faith and confidence in the new way to watch baseball. Their market prices set by scouts from clubs, which determined who was wanted or unwanted, expensive and cheap were relatively low and it would be feasible to create a new team, on paper, could do well. It is difficult to differentiate in a market with something that can be quickly copied by competitors, such as the use of a technique, a machine or a logistics system. The biggest challenge is to make things work, Brad Pitt accepted the challenge and believed in the difference. In short, create data where none exist, think about how to use them to help your intuition to make decisions, break the rules of the game when no one dares
