INSTRUCTIONS: Follow the instructions specify on each statement on the section below, before you begin to solve them, read and complete them before you pass to the following. File to use: Management Values

1. Insert a new Comment on slide 1 NorthWind Traders, type Begin

2. on slide 4, on title Our Customers, Insert a comment using the text customers are Number 1 priority, insert a New Comment on the Picture type: Organization.

3. Replace the comment on slide 3, containing the text We will not sacrifice employee security, with Northwind considers its employees and customers to be our Number 1 priority

4. Delete the comment, containing the text Our extended family include….., on slide 7.

5. Hide comments on presentations.

6. Print Document Outline View and Pure Black and White (Do not Print Nothing)

No imprima nada…aqui solo convierta su diapositivas en Blanco y negro y busque la opción llamada: Print Outline, es para que vea donde se encuentra a veces viene esta pregunta en el examen.

7. Use the Document inspector to check the Management values presentation. Remove all the inspection results and close the Document Inspector.

remueva todo lo que le aparezca con este boton, despues CLOSE

Esta opción llamada INSPECTOR DE DOCUMENTOS sirve para buscar y eliminar información personal escondida en los documentos de Word, por ejemplo autor, status, titulo, etc

8. Mark document as final, to prevent it from being modified.

Save the Document

File to use: Messenger Services

1. Use the Package for CD feature to package the active presentation.

Name the CD: Messenger200 and Inspect presentations for inappropriate or private information.

Leave all other options unchanged, choose Copy to CD, make only one copy

Es muy posible que esta opción te pide INSERTAR un CD, esta opcion lo que hace es empaquetar tu presentación y enviarla a un CD. Solo cierra esta opción y guarda el documento y envíalo también, así como esta.

2.. Save this File as PNG presentation.

Esto generara una carpeta con las Diapositivas como una imagen en format PNG, envia la carpeta a Blackboard en el enlace, si esta compresa es mucho mejor, así te evitas subir una por una.

File to use: Special Events

1. Inspect document and remove hidden comments.

2. Add date and time, use the slide number in the footer of presentation.

3. Use the Print command to print Handouts of the entire presentation, print three slides per page in pure black and white.
