Reflection of my last observation practices.

I would like to mention that in each observation practice I can learn something new, on the last term in which I was in the secondary school “Domingo Fracisco de Chimalpain”. During the technical counsel week I could hear some things about the school the teachers comment, for instance the school nowadays have less level of education because the teachers sometimes don´t work according to their program and the reform, also they mentioned about the principal,  most of the time he don´t help teachers as leader. Also teachers talked about problems with the parents because they don´t like the work of the teachers and that sometimes teachers punish students during the classes.

During the technical counsel mentioned the programs all the teachers are going to work during this year and I guess that the programs are good for students and for increment the educational level of the school, because also they mentioned about the problem that school has like less demand of students because the school this year has less students than last year. Those things help me to know more about the school.  

So the first day the principal present me as a teacher in front of the all students and teachers, I will be working during one year, to be honest I felt very comfortable and exited. The school is nice and teachers also but sometimes they are two faces. The school has good resources to students like the English laboratory.

My English teacher as a tutor in the secondary school explain me something about the school and the student to know the form students work, also told me about the community and how is the parents and the context. I think that my teacher helps me with all the things that I need and when I need to know something she give me all the support.  When I started to observing her classes she told me that if i have question about her classes I can ask her without any problem.

I could feel the help of my teacher and also when she needs my help I help her and during the classes I try to help her with the behavior of the students. In my personal opinion I think that was helpful for me because I think that when I will need her help when I will be teaching she will help me. In this part I want to mention the importance of reflex about your practice because is important reflect the aspects that you sometimes forget or not observe very careful. As Etelvina Sandoval mention in (la practica educativa): you need to do a reflection to know the aspects that may be you can´t remember sometimes or to know what things you did good or wrong. Besides to know the aspects in which you need improve and do it better the next time. For this reason as I mentioned before is important the reflection about each practice and improve it.

On the other hand when I was observing the learning process of the students they have different behaviors during each class depending of the teachers and how were their classes. Because I could observe that some teachers work with activities or dynamics in which students were quiet and attend but others teachers’ didn´t use a lot of activities and for this reason students were unquiet and gossiping the most of the time. As Aebli Hans mention the importance of the good class and the use of the activities in which students were more interested.
