“REFLECTION OF MY JOURNEY OF PRACTICE”

Teaching to be high quality implies the need and obligation to be informed and updated and inquire critically new knowledge demands pose problems and seek solutions, proposing a working method that, undoubtedly, be professional and to the student constitutes one proposal for that in the future may face other problems; it is to say, to the teaching practice at all times you must move to the reflection.

The teaching aims at not only concepts and procedures, but also values, attitudes and norms, in order to get the full personal and professional development, in order to face the society in which we live.

I believe that the teaching encompasses a host of challenges, of which every one of them will give us along the life. This essay is part of the personal reflection and latent worry I've had in my performance as a classroom teacher, which is why this essay is based on the little experience I've had in front of my group assigned to this day practice which was in general school # 15. As I mentioned above, this essay is more than anything a reflection of my teaching practice that until now has been full of achievements and difficulties, but definitely a lot of satisfaction for the work accomplished with the boys.

One of the main challenges facing was to maintain order in the boys than in the previous observation that the guys I saw in most of the classes were very imperative and without denying rebels which scared me a little, because in my practices like creating an environment of trust and safety, but mostly it is kid-friendly, this does not mean that children can disarray when they want, but I like to keep a controlled environment where there is organization for all things.

Yet for me is a true challenge in every practice, because as we know, kids today are more rebellious and hyperactive, which is why in every observation I have, I try to analyze how I can carry out my work, so that they provide a comprehensive and quality education to the learner that allows cope as best as possible to the society, values and attitudes according to the required social integrity, and so to create discipline and motivation strategies to remove the idea that English is boring and hard.

Something I'm still working in the classroom is the express with confidence and clarity, as well as to create a favorable environment for the student and I need a little impose front the group and climb a little more my voice so the explanation both as the instructions are heard by all the boys.

Another challenge that I had and I'm trying to improve until the moment is the mastery of content, which is very essential for the student to have a significant learning, sometimes I had failures in this aspect, but with the some practice and experience I've slowly been improving so go and getting good results. After improving and mastery of content, also very important and of great value, quality and way of presenting the teaching material. Something that really like to the boys bring teaching materials is very striking with either pictures or flash cards. I feel that the use of teaching materials is much more essential in my career because it is another language, so we need to present it in a fun way for children to become familiar with it a little and it easy and simple for them.

Use of teaching materials for (Mezanza) "expresses it is a set of material resources involved and facilitate the teaching-learning process." For me the use of the teaching materials I worked a lot with the kids because towards participate in the activities that were carried outas well as his attention by default they participated and paid attention and the fact that we did all our material without the use technology, initially hampered if I knew a bit but apart from that fear overcome that helped us not to depend on technology completely, if not to find other ways and strategies to develop educational materials.

I recognize that one of the biggest mistakes that we as future teachers make is not giving the child his real place in the teaching-learning process, since in most cases the planning we do is thinking about getting the results we want but without displaying their accomplishments, this means that for the planning should I take into account: How, who and when they will participate in the process of acquiring knowledge to prepare the way, allowing the student is more perceptive, achieving with this better capture the attention will result in increased learning. In a same way must consider the needs and interests of the children from the previous visit to the institution for there to leave for the elaboration of strategies, methods and activities that be to
