  1. Introduction

Within the logistics is very important to perform either monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual forecasts that highlight the performance levels of sales, productivity, quality, purchases, among others. With the purpose of carrying out and projecting new market strategies.

  • Identify the sales trends of the product in the short, medium and long term.

NALSANI S.A.S TOTTO, is a Colombian company dedicated to the production and distribution of backpacks, briefcases, wallets, and clothes. Classified in three business units, briefcases, accessories, clothing and shoes.

NALSANI S.A.S TOTTO, has sixty stores counting those from outside the country. The most sold in this brand are briefcases and accessories always thinking about the urban traveler.

The company with its new sales strategies, wants to increase its production and sales in the different commercial channels. The following chart shows the forecast of sales of three most important articles of our company for the next three, six and twelve months.

Conclusion

  • The forecasts within the company serve to see in a very detailed way the production and sales of our products in a single projection of time.
  • A good projection and continuous monitoring in the company's processes will allow the creation and improvement of new market strategies.
