  1. Read CHAPTER 6. “INTRODUCING NEW LANGUAGE”:  STAGE 1”PRESENTATION OF NEW LANGUAGE”

To take into account: THE PRESENTATION OF MEANING AND USE:

Teachers must show sts what the language means and how it is used. Sts need to get an idea of how the new language is used by native speakers and the best way of doing this is to present the language in CONTEXT.
