OBJECTIVES: To build a career with honesty, climbing the ladder thru continuous learning and commitment with my experience, skills, and knowledge in a challenging and rewarding position where also my creativeness, and working effectively and efficiently as a team player with students and/or clients in a serious, recognized, and well reputed institution in Teaching, Customer Service, Collections, Sales, Translation, or Transcription are appreciated.

EXPERIENCE: At the present time, self-employed activities: data processing, transcription, translation, teaching, and tutoring (English, math., Spanish, science and physics).

From July 2010 to October 2014: temporary teaching and tutoring in different places and translations and transcriptions for Cruz Law Firm & partners.  

From December 2008 until June 2010 inbound calls were handled for Virgin Mobile USA on activation, programming and updating communication service, also balance charging & best package choosing for Virgin Mobile USA customers. Outbound calls were made thru an automatic dialer and manually for medications selling, gathering patients’ health info, managing accounts and requesting doctor’s prescription approval. Other client’s services were about providing accounts consolidation, debts settlements, home security and satellite tv service, with a quite fast keyboard handling.

From August to November of 2008, huge number of inbound & outbound calls was made for VISA and Chase Bank thru an automatic dialer and manually, for credit lines and loans accounts, updating, providing & obtaining info and also counseling; besides the analysis for extension/modifications/ refinancing of loans; always with fast typing.

From 2003 to Mid-2008, bilingual service was provided for Pimentel & Asociados (law firm) assisting foreign English-speaking customers for immigration & naturalization processing, real estate searching and deals closings, including financing arrangements, advising for investments, and other legal translation services.

Between 2001 & 2003, service to Rio Ferguie, S.A.- As Dpty. Mgr. was provided on translation related ops. , tutoring English, data processing, mgmt., collections, customer service for tourists & assistance for overseas calls. Imports/Exports related to gifts, cards, marketing, shipping, supplying, specially for English speaking suppliers and customers.

From the early 1990s to 2000, supervision was given on electrical wiring and related ops in housing projects and dealing with suppliers and customers on calculations, analysis, budgeting, prices & costs estimates, all as a self-employed, plus English training in the city and teaching mostly in the country side.
