Resumen en Ingles

We carried out a research work in which we analyzed the social and legal consequences of gender discrimination in the workplace and professional in women aged 25 years or more, in the metropolitan area of ​​Monterrey from 2015 to 2019. We observe that discrimination of Gender in the workplace and student is one in which women are undervalued in carrying out work jobs and even in pursuing a professional career. Women within the Metropolitan area, as well as in most parts of the world, despite having a participation in the workplace, have not been recognized as such due to stereotypes, roles, and functions that often arise also from thoughts and macho beliefs of men. Also relating to the matter of ethics and culture of legality, we observe that on this issue, gender discrimination in the workplace and professional, for years there has been a lot of machismo or the thought that if you are a woman you cannot do somethings , which is clearly wrong, since all women are capable of doing things that men do, about the workplace when they are jobs such as force or something like that they always choose men for being strong, and there are many cases. Historically, women have suffered all kinds of discrimination in the workplace: labor, social, salary, sexual, and political representation. And as the purpose of this project we seek an improvement in the acceptance of women in society, both in the workplace and in the professional. We seek that the effort made by women in their jobs is not less worthy, that they receive a decent salary, that they be paid according to their performance; that, if she performs in an abysmal way in her company that she is paid what she owes, that there is no labor exploitation. We seek in the most appropriate and convenient way the development of this research according to ethics since we would not like there to be legal consequences, since there may be companies and people who do not like it or who have another thought since ethics is based on thinking either good or bad. We also seek our objectives when carrying out this work, which were more than anything to seek to investigate the social and legal consequences of discrimination in women over 25 years of age in their work and professional fields, analyzing and reaching a conclusion on these consequences. And in the same way, seek long and short-term goals of this work in which the entire team was more aware of this problem that many Mexican women go through, giving us another type of thought and more than anything, having the knowledge in any case. Someday find ourselves in a problem like this. We also asked ourselves the question of how we were going to achieve the proposed objectives and we thought that by defining intermediate objectives and setting deadlines, a great advice is to establish and divide into intermediate goals that allow you to have greater control over them and thus not harm or lead to carry out discrimination within the organization. Organize brainstorming, a good strategy to guarantee the objectives set and that there is no discrimination in the workplace is organizing a brainstorm with everyone involved.
