INTERNAL Analysis 
Strengths 
1. Staff involved in the process is multifunctional.

2. Medical and administrative equipment of high technology (intelligent operating theaters, among others)

3. Existence of funds to the development and execution of improvement projects in the institution. 

4. Staff training offer (workshops and courses certificates).

5. Support from the CEO to establish improvement processes.

Weakness 

1. Staff recruited rotates constantly.

2. There are no controls on the system or computer platform at the time of information entry into the system. (There are confusion).

3. Little control of documentation (occur constant confusion when assigning incorrect values in the invoices for agreements)                                                

4. The invoices consignment with certain delay to the agreements department.

5. Patient dissatisfaction for long waiting time when requesting billing.

1. The clinic professionals are considered the best of the province by their courses and training.

1. Decrease in the budget of the clinic.

 2. Resistance to change by employees.

3. Economic and social situation (the lack of resources in the system, increasing unemployment, declining population incomes).

4. Competition: increased public and private health institutions.

STRATEGY SO

S1, S4, O1, O2 Promote a training plan and continuous training for staff in general. 

S2, O2, O4 Continue with the technological changes that enable us to maintain certification ISO 9001- 2008.

S5, O4 promote an effective communication channel with the planning areas to contribute to the development of the department's improvements.

STRATEGY WO

W1, O1 establish a strategy of organizational communication using surveys of attitudes and conformity with the job, creating a corporate identity shared.
