FRANK’S INTERNATIONAL PERU S.R.L
HSE PERFORMANCE PLAN
QHSE METAS & OBJETIVOS
Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) management is more crucial now than ever. Legislation is becoming more stringent and public expectations are high. Our commitment is strengthened by an increasing understanding that improvement in QHSE performance enhances overall business efficiency and effectiveness. As such, Frank’s International has developed an action plan for 2016, which takes into account all four (4) elements for QHSE.
The QHSE Department would take into account that goals and objectives are ongoing; therefore this performance plan would have a QHSE Action Plan to accompany it. The action plan would take safety observations and recommendations which may be generated from our STAR Card system, Site/Base Inspections, Accident/Incidents/Near miss reports, Accident investigations, Audits etc. This performance plan would be reviewed and updated (if necessary) every quarter or if otherwise needed after a QHSE performance report is generated and communicated with management
