RESUMEN

En el presente trabajo de investigación, se ha notado que en Olmos no se han realizado proyectos sobre gestión turística municipal, debido a que las autoridades públicas aún no ven al turismo como vía de desarrollo económico, social y ambiental, mediante este panorama nace la pregunta ¿De qué manera se demostrará que la gestión turística va a permitir el desarrollo integral sostenido en el distrito de Olmos, Región Lambayeque?, la justificación es elaborar una propuesta que sirva para mejorar la gestión turística en este distrito, asimismo, que permita también a la población trabajar en conjunto con la municipalidad. La hipótesis que se planteó fue si la Elaboración de un Plan de Gestión Turística aportará al Desarrollo Integral Sostenido en el Distrito de Olmos, teniendo como objetivo general Elaborar un plan de gestión turística que permita la inclusión de la comunidad en el desarrollo integral sostenido, el diseño utilizado fue descriptivo - proyectivo, la población fue de 5820 con la cual se trabajó mediante el criterio de exclusión e inclusión donde solo se consideró a la población a partir de la edad de 15 a 60 años, tomando como muestra a 360 personas. Los instrumentos que se emplearon para la medición de las variables fueron el Inventario de Recursos Turísticos, encuestas y entrevista, de acuerdo a los resultados de dichos instrumentos se demostró que la hipótesis queda aprobada.

ABSTRACT

In the present work of investigation, it is clear that to local level projects have not been realized on tourist municipal management, due to the fact that the public authorities do not still see to the tourism as a way of economic, social and environmental development, by means of this panorama born the question : Of what way be will demonstrated that the tourist management is going to allow the integral development supported in the district of Olmos, Region Lambayeque?, The justification is to elaborate an offer that serves to improve the tourist management and so to allows the population works in group with the municipality. The hypothesis that appeared in this work was if the Elaboration of a Plan of Tourist Management will reach to the Integral Development Supported in the District of Olmos, having as general objective Elaborate a plan of tourist management that allows the incorporation of the community in the integral development supported, the used design was descriptive - projective, the population was of 5820, with which one worked by means of the criterion of exclusion, where just the population was considered from the age of 15 years to 60 years, taking as a sign just to 360 persons. The instruments that were used for the measurement of the variables were: The Inventory of Tourist Resources, surveys and interview, In agreement to the results of the above mentioned instruments there was demonstrated that the hypothesis remains approved, by this it’s recommended to the advice distrital issue a municipal ordinance in order that the present offer is the instrument of reference to promote the tourism in Olmos.
