FEASILITY STUDY FOR THE TRNSFORMATION OF THE COMMUNITY BOX MAKI MAÑACHI TO SAVINGS AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE

RESUMEN EJECUTIVO

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo presentar un estudio de factibilidad para la transformación de la Caja Comunitaria Maki Mañachi a Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito, con el propósito que a través de la Cooperativa la comunidad de Atucucho tenga acceso a los mercados financieros, para lo cual se realiza un diagnostico situacional de la caja, se recopila la normativa legal, un modelo administrativo donde se define su estructura organizacional, un estudio económico con sus respectivos presupuestos de ingresos, egresos, estado de resultados, flujo de caja proyectados, la evaluación financiera analizando VAN, TIR, PRI, C/B e implementando un modelo de gestión administrativa, todo en función de la normativa legal vigente determinada por el ente regulador que es la Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria; como resultado se obtuvo un proyecto que permitirá la consecución del objetivo la trasformación de la caja comunitaria a cooperativa de ahorro y crédito.

ABSTRACT

The present research work aims to present a feasibility study for the transformation of the Community Box Maki Manachi to Savings and Credit Cooperative, with the aim that through the Cooperative of the Atucucho community have access to financial markets, for which we make a situational diagnosis of the box, we collect the legal regulations, an administrative model which defines its organizational structure, an economic study with their respective projected budgets of income, expenditures, income statement, projected cash flow, financial assessment by analyzing VAN, TIR, PRI, C/B and implementing a model of administrative management, all according to the current legal regulations determined by the regulator that is Superintendence of  Popular and Solidary Economy; as a result, we obtained a project that will allow the achievement of the objective for the transformation of the community box into a saving and credit cooperative.
