INTRODUCCIÓN

Las Empresas textiles realizan los procesos de confección de prendas sin determinar los puntos importantes que intervengan en la producción para ayudar o mantener una fluidez constante de producción, mediante un sistema de control de gestión de calidad para las empresas fabricantes y comercializadoras de productos textiles para la empresa Textiles Técnicos, en la zona centro del país provincia de Tungurahua. La empresa tiene presencia por más de 20 años en el mercado con gran crecimiento debido al prestigio de su marca y apertura hacia el mejoramiento productivo. En los últimos años se ha visto expuesta a diversos cambios externos producto de la economía nacional y las políticas de gobierno cambiantes; adicionalmente debido al manejo empírico de ciertas operaciones es necesario tener en cuenta el desarrollo estratégico y organizacional de la misma, a fin de tener en cuenta la posibilidad de que la organización tenga presencia internacional. Mediante un estudio cualitativo se realizó una revisión de los sistemas de control de gestión existentes.

CONCLUSIONES

como conclusión se puede notar que el sistema de control de gestión que maneja la empresa del caso es bastante básico para el entorno en el que se desarrolla, al ser una empresa pequeña, sólo usa como herramienta de gestión, el control presupuestario, enfocándose por su propia estructura a garantizar su supervivencia en el mercado, se propone un planeamiento estratégico y la elaboración del cuadro de mando integral para conocer qué es lo que el entorno demanda y cómo lograr tener cobertura en el mercado.

INTRODUCCIÓN

The competition generated by globalization and by Asian countries where the workforce cheap is abundant as is the case China followed by Asian countries [1] has forced the organizations to seek ways to reduce costs, improve product quality, expand assortment of products and provide reliable deliveries to be more competitive. [2] The MEF specified that the highest growth rate registered in Peru in November 2019 was This was due to the rebound in primary sectors, which together grew 7.1% (in October was 1.5%), highlighting fishing (188.5%) and primary manufacturing (40.3%), the sector construction grew 13.5%. [3] In addition, the commercial activity took place in an environment favorable with growth in productive sectors that demanded more services of commercialization, such as agriculture, fishing and manufacturing. Faced with the situation of the sector current of the textile industry it is recommended that research studies be carried out applications to identify the benefits that would be had by the current demand, since this textile industrial sector has economic contributions of national growth. [4] In Peru, textile SMEs generate 10.1% of all manufactured exports with

a volume of approximately 1.4 billion dollars in 2018, and with a number growing number of companies in this sector. However, production continues to be informal, without standardized processes or a strategic development plan for the sector. A

CONCLUSIONES Y RECOMENDACIONES

For one of the most important sectors worldwide, the clothing industry, it was achieved develop a proposal for improvement in the manufacturing process of denim garments in the textile manufacturing company which integrates a Lean Manufacturing model with the use of 4 tools: VSM, SMED, TQM and JIT of which the first was used to the analysis of the process times, the second for the standardization of the area of cutting and sewing and the third to control the process and the last to have the production neat; which would result in the amount of non-conforming products are reduced. All the processes of the textile company were analyzed, finding that the areas that present the greatest number of problems that affect the company are those of cutting and sewing, which will be analyzed in depth to propose the best corresponding.
