Introduction:

Inside the company ACCES BAR where a SWOT analysis was conducted we observed the principle of all the problems that are within ACCESS BAR is the lack of delegation of responsibility, decision imposing limits each to employee with greater seniority or to have been given too much confidence, this resulted in a bad labor synergy, where the new staff feels inferior in comparison with the ones who have been working more time in the bar, including the work of the administrative staff is overvalued, and obviously communication has been affected greatly. This string ends affecting the quality of customer service

We discovered the objective was to achieve a rebuild in the organizational scheme of ACCES BAR, set downlines permanent control within a constant daily work, that encourages communication and interest in customer satisfaction by the employees and the specific objectives are designing and implementing operating manuals for different jobs, establish a job evaluation, formal creation of profiles of the jobs, develop new ways of living, for society to achieve a short term empathy and motivate employees create a continuous amelioration in customer service, this being the main purpose of ACCES BAR.

we already know that more than one ACCESS BAR product offers a service in which customers can have a healthy organizational climate of coexistence. For ACCES BAR to achieve quality service and attract new customers, it is necessary that the company is in a healthy state of communal life, as this is the basic structure of a service to have close contact with the client, so it is necessary that employees have an excellent relationship with each other in order to provide better service.

To achieve the objectives we present the following solutions:

(1) Ask for a restructuring in which a formal organization is established, because ACCES BAR doesn’t have one. (2) From each of the posts thrown from organizational aspects of the business, it will be required to make a profiling or a description of the resulting positions, including the workload of each (responsibilities) and payment for the work they do. (3) Through dynamic of empathy and psychological or motivational dynamics which will be exposed to employees ACCES BAR, create a positive work environment including allowing for better living, resulting in better service and is provided efficiently and effectively (4) To conclude it is to be said  that the company was seeking for training to improve customer service, which all the employees have attend, but this would be planned only after getting a positive internal coexistence achieved.

Conclusion  

Acces bar doesn’t have a good working environment because an adequate distribution of tasks does not exist since all employees perform all multitasking it is necessary to check which is the responsibility of each individual. The lack of labor coexistence and communication between individuals is a major problem in the business, presenting conflicts and barriers, causing a negative atmosphere among the staff that integrates the bar. Access Bar employee’s resist change when they feel that their participation is not taken into account by managers.
