Mission and Vision

The definition of the mission of any business profoundly affects the distribution of resources and profitability and survival of the company in the long term, the mission statement is based on a careful analysis of the benefits sought by today's and potential consumers, as well as an analysis of existing and expected environmental conditions. The long-term vision of the company, incorporated in its mission statement, sets limits for all decisions, objectives, and subsequent strategies.

The mission statement should focus on the market or markets that the company seeks to serve, rather than the good or service offered. Otherwise, a new technology would be able to quickly turn the good or service obsolete, and the mission statement irrelevant for company functions.

Kraft Foods is a company known for its presence in the industry food. The success of Kraft Foods is the result of a tradition of quality and service, the result of over 110 years dedicated to the careful preparation of the best products.
