Duck Duck goose game

Description of game:

This game will be used to learn how to say “Hello and Bye” in French. It is an adaptation of the original duck duck goose game. But instead of saying Duck Duck Goose they will say “Salut” in replacement of Duck and “au revoir” in replacement of goose.

Teaching grammar

There will be a picture of a place full of objects, then another one with some of this objects missing, the kid will need to identify what this objects are.

This one I have adapted a little there will be two decks of cards one of them with a drawing of an animal and the other one with the name of the animal. The kids will have to match them.

Put a simple French sentence together without spaces such as “JemappelleEsmeralda” The kid will need to separate each word to form the sentence.

Crossword:

At the end with all the vocabulary learned I will do a crossword using all the vocabulary.

The numbers from 1- 20 will be seen then with a deck of cards need to divide half, half between two people, these cant see the cards “nervioso”

Teaching colors: Teach the colors and the do a drawing which they will need to color as the instruction says, the instruction will be in English but the name of the color in French
