Diseño de folletos

During the design I have made different products for the client, three logos and three flyers, I would ask the client for the one he likes more, and then I would create it in the computer with different programs like cinema 4D, Photoshop or Microsoft Power Point.

In the first logo I have put the name of the business, the letter A have the form of a house to make it more originally.

In the second logo I also put a house to make the logo more creative, because the business is involved in the administration of houses.

And in the last logo I do not put any house, but there are like and effect in the borders of the letters to make the people thing that the business is modern.

After talk with the client, he has tall me that after making a comparison of the three designs, he has reach into the conclusion that the first one is classic but it is creative, with the letters A like a house and the rest of the letters have a sensation of 3D. He does not like the second design because it does not say nothing to him, there were only letters forming the name of his business. And in the last design he things that is not the thing that he wants, he wants something classic, so he says that he prefers the first design.

In the first flyer for the client I have made a design that in the center shows the logo of the business, in the upper left part there is the telephone number and in the right part some information of the business. In the part of below there is a image of the place in where the business is located. the part of inside have white color, and outside is black.

In the second design of the flyer I have put the logo at the top of the flyer, and in the center all the information of the business. In the center the background is white and in the top and the down part is red.

In the last flyer I have made a design in where the logo of Asefica is at the top, in the center the slogan that I have created for the client, and then in the left part there is a QR code with information about the business.

When I finish the three design of the flyers I ask to the client to choose the one he prefers, and after making a comparison between the three, he say that he prefer the last design, because: the first design only have the logo and a photo. The second one have information and the logo, but he ones something new that the people wants, so he choose the third one because there is
