In the case, Mindy was not wearing appropiately clothes for being in a medical facility. A professional in the medical field has to wear clothes confortables but at the same time with a good taste. Wearing jeans, short shirts, flip flops are not clothing to work in any profession. In this case Mandy could wear scrubs that show professionalism and are confortable to move and perform the daily duty. It did not matter how sharp and clean Mandy looked in the outfit she cross the good taste line, clients and coworkers can get offended and feel unconfortable . She was wearing clothes to go to the club. Like mention before scrubs are a good option.
