Dialogo De Ama De Llaves

It is a normal day in the Habita Polanco Hotel and this day the new maid begins to work in the area of Housekeeper.

Housekeeper: Good morning team, as you know I have the list of the rooms that you must to clean today and some of the special requirements of the rooms. I know that those things doesn´t belong to our area but we need to work in team with the others areas of the hotel and reach the objectives of the day. And this is our new fellow Isabel; she will be working with us.

Housekeeper: Ok people lets move and begin to work. Guadalupe an Sonia are going to clean the rooms in the third floor. I need those rooms clean by the afternoon because one group of Cozumel is going to arrive today so you need to clean it well and set all the amenities. That includes the ashtrays, glasses, towels and extra hangers.

Guadalupe: Tobacconist just called saying that the warehouse sent all the new ashtrays with the courtesy of cigars for the arriving group of tonight.

Housekeeper: That´s perfect. Pedro and Roberto are going to clean de rooms 105-110 of the first floor. These rooms have just been fixed so I need to set up all the furniture again please. Also you need to clean the mattress and make the change of the pillows and pillowcase. Make sure to change the curtains, coverlets and blankets please.

Roberto: Ok we will make our best today as always. By the way I want to remember to you thata the Lost and Found department called to inform that the cellphone that was found three months ago hasn´t been claimed so the maid that found it can go to claim it.

Housekeeper: Ok I will tell her soon. Today is going to arrive a VIP host and he will be in the suite of the last floor. This room is already clean but I need to Ortencia take Isabel to teach her how to prepare the courtesies. So Ortencia could you tell me what are you going to do, please?

Ortencia: We are going to make a flower arrangement for the wife of Mr. Martínez so we will need some flower vases. We will make origami with the towels and we’ll need some candles to acclimate the room and some courtesies for the beauty shop.
