Introduction

In our day by day life, communication is an instrument that utilizations to keep up the relationship in the middle of individuals encompassed us, and there will be the same in business condition. In the present work, the topic of communication in organizations is addressed in a general way as a key factor for them. The way in which we communicate is very important for the success or failure of companies, managers have to take into account the human factor that is the most difficult to cope with, since they present different types of feelings, ways of acting and thinking who have been developing throughout their education as a person and in which the treatment can be easier or more difficult with one than with another person. That is why communication must be given effectively and jointly. As well as take into account that there are different forms of communication that take place within an organization.

Within this same work, it includes some of the necessary skills to create an excellent communication environment within the business.

Communication in the business world and skills to perform it

Communication has been a basic tool used by man for a long time, playing a very important role in our daily life, seeing in the need to express ourselves with others and be attended to.  Martínez and Nosnik mention that communication "is a process through which a person gets in touch with another through a message, and the wait is the last of an answer" (Martínez & Nosnik, 1988, p. 43).

Every entrepreneur should know that communication is a very important factor that will take place within his company, which will influence the growth of the same and promote its success, however, if this factor is not carried out correctly, also It can influence the breakdown of the company. Communication is something inevitable and irreversible, for this reason it is important to mention that before mentioning, answering, expressing and saying things, we have to think about them and learn to express ourselves in a correct way.

Keep in mind that we have different types of communication, for this work it alone will been analyzing the types of communication based on the purpose and style.

The first to mention is the formal one that is designed by the administration itself and establishes who should speak with whom to carry out a task, these networks are represented in what we know as an organizational chart that describes who is the immediate boss and who is Immediately responsible for a given task.

If this is not carried out in a concrete and accurate way, the information will ramble and will not be carried out what the company wants. "There is nothing worse for the employees' mood than the lack of information, and I have tried to reduce it to a minimum" (Adler & Marquardt Elmhorst, 2005, p. 16)

The second in mentioning is the informal one that is given among the work staff, based on friendships, shared interests, this type of communication is of total informality and tends to be seen in a normal way in companies with people who share their same interests and therefore generally share more information than with others, thus creating greater communication. Even in times when bathing or free time is shared, the exchange of information can take place.

Concluding with the importance of communication in business, it will be mentioned some of the skills to have a better environment within it. For this trial, it took two models that are described below.
