In october 16th , 1959 he ignaugurate Panamericana TV, OBXY – TV canal 13. It was a wonderful event where Carmen Sevilla ( spanish actress) take part.

During the military goverment of Juan Velazco Alvarado his TV channel was expropiated but then he get back his TV chanel and the goverment offer the Radio – Tele S.A. in lima – callao. Then he got the licence to transmit TV programs through cable television, in 1989.

In 1991, his company TV mobil started the celular comunication business. In 1997 the american bellsouth firm gain the company,so now its call TELE 2000.

In june 18th, 2009 ; Ernesto Shutz Freundt got the administration of PANAMERICANA TV.
