Ethical case

You are a lawyer and a potential client has come to your office for your legal help.  Your potential client has told you that a company owes him a lot of money for work that he had done for them.  The problem is, he was doing the work under the table to avoid paying taxes and he has no legal recourse.  What do you think the ethical situation is? Would you take the potential client case?

I think that the lawyer should take the ethical case and doing things the right way.
I think you should take the case because it is a challenge to make the prospect reconsider whether to be innocent.
Must first advise the client that cheating is not right because the truth eventually comes out, and if they find out you are doingdirty business will fare worse than if you do things correctly.
One of the conditions to take the case to stop acting the lawyer to settle the first case was being done below and put everything in order.
Have all the legal papers to pursue the case. as it is a very potential customer would serve me take the case and explain the problems you're getting into, and the benefits it would bring if you have everything in order.
In this case there would gain much advantage because the potential client and lawyer if they carry the case in a good way, as the company owes much money to this client and if the aim is that the pay, might thus explain the the problem debtor to cooperate and also get away with all.
In particular I think the lawyer should resolve the case or at least not to miss your ethics do something about the case that is being hidden so as not taxed. Here should act convincing the potential customer or at least report that there is a fraud because this case is special and must act according to law.
For all this must put the cards on the table and the client decide whether to continue with the lawyer orgo with someone else who can continue to fraud.
The ethical problem
From my point of view the ethical problem i see that the attorney must follow all under the laws, if counsel notes that the case has no legal recourse should make everything clear and explain how important it is to carry out illegal activities and the consequences of carrying out this.
I think counsel should flatly refuse to take the case because according to his ethics should not have this type of conflict, because a lawyer must take cases under the trademark law because they are the principal must lead by example.
in conclusion that the ethical case get us to see what kind of problems exist and that there are times when the lawyers get involved without considering the consequences all by raising money or prestige.
That is why the lawyer in this case will be on your conscience if you agree or not, or under what conditions if it is for good. For example to make it clear that only accepts the case if the whole thing manages to win all the potential customer and are satisfied services have gone to that lawyer. Therefore the stay on track letthe conscience of the customer and the lawyer.

Otra actividad es solamente inventar un problema de la vida cotidiana en alguna empresa.

Actividad:
currently working in a textile company in the city of Moroleón in the secretarial position, I have worked there a year and everything was going the right way, when I started having problems with another secretaries wrong because in some papers that the head department to request us both, but I do my job right and she was wrong and I plead guilty because the manager did not realize who made the mistake in the papers they had to send another company.
Then the problem got out of hand and the question is that two secretaries did the same roles and the other employee does not accept his mistake that I can do to fix everything without harm anyone? But what if the department manager does not believe what I say?
Try to defend myself and say that I have nothing to do with these papers but the other secretary not accept his mistake and I think she will not accept to anyone what happened with the paperwork that is so important to the company and thus the guilty be me.
