National History Museum of London

The Natural History Museum in London has one of the most important paleontological collections worldwide. There we find an impressive collection of fossils. It is also one of the three most important museums of the city, along with the Science Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum. In the museum there are almost 70 million items and the same is recognized for exhibiting dinosaur skeletons, including the great piece of Diplodocus that dominates the entrance.

The museum has a collection that has more than 70 million specimens and objects on display. Still, the museum is well known for the general public, thanks to its great central hall, where skeletons of various dinosaurs shown, although one stands above the others: a huge Diplodocus that dominates the entrance to the building. The newly developed Darwin Centre houses a collection of more than 20 million specimens preserved, interactive materials and new workspaces. As we see, the museum has plenty of merits to be one of the largest in the world.

Museum of Natural History in Berlin

The Museum für Naturkunde Berlin was founded in 1810 simultaneously with the University of Berlin , at that time called Universität zu Berlin and today called Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin ("Humboldt University of Berlin"), but currently located in the avenue Unter den Linden . The first collection of the museum was initially formed from a collection of minerals from which at the time was the Mining Academy in Berlin. Jurassic Park
