INGREDIENTS

 9 egg whites

 9 egg yolks

 150 gr sugar

 200 grams of sifted flour

 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 1 teaspoon of royal

 1 can condensed milk for the three milks

 1 can evaporated milk for the three milks

 1 can media crema for the three milks

 1/2 cup of milk for the three milks

 1 teaspoon vanilla essence for the three milks

 1/2 pint of whipping cream for bitumen

 250 grams of sugar to the bitumen

 5 cherry for garnish

PREPARATION

1. Grease and flour a cake pan , and add a base wax paper in bottom of pan .

2.Preheat oven to 180 ° C.

3.Batir whites until stiff with half of the sugar and set aside.

4.Batir yolks with half the sugar until bleach, add vanilla , beat until blended and set aside.

5.Cernir the flour with royal and reserve .

6.Incorporar beaten yolks to the egg whites until stiff and add a part of the sifted flour mixture and mix to form envelope , add half the flour and mix carefully so bound until everything is well integrated .

7.Vaciar in greased and floured pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until it becomes lightly browned and a toothpick inserted comes out clean .

8.Sacar from oven, let cool for 5 minutes and unmold , remove the wax paper from the base of the cake and let cool completely .

9.For three milks, put in a blender along with the milk and vanilla liquefy , add the cake and ending with cold mix .

10.For the bitumen , we beat the whipping cream until peaks form and gradually add the powdered sugar and continue beating until a creamy mixture.

11.Decoramos cake with frosting and cherries.

TIPS

Place a pan under the pie pan to prevent the base of the cake from burning. Always put the mold in the pan in middle of oven . Have all ingredients ready and heavy before you start mixing .
