This papertakes a tour of the administrative and organizational thinking of the late nineteenth century, ranging from classical management thinking and its principal exponents, and the contribution of each of the authors, to the building of the current management thinking.

Before addressing the administrative approach driven by the current process of economic globalization, the voice of some of it sex ponents, I shall now dissociation between classica lthought and global management thinking, from the contributions of the General Theory systems make sitto the administration.

The vision of the management of the late twentieth century, let me elaborate briefly review theem erging administrative approach of the century, which permeates the management thinking and the second decade of the XXI century, and leads torenewal and key question srateagainst the processes of organizational administrative adjustment in the new century.

And isthat current despite having complex organizational systems companies are notetable to adapt toch anging times which by definition of uncertainty, oreven through continuous processes of organizational feedback based on the mass media toreach thatfarto help understand the complexity and the emergence of organizational structures defendants, lead them to globalize, un compromising administrative chemes and often have to unify the administrative problems and their solutions.

LA ADMINISTRACION GLOBAL Y LA GLOBALIZACIÓN

Resumen:

El presente  trabajo realiza un  recorrido por  el pensamiento administrativo y organizacional de finales del siglo XIX, abarcando desde el pensamiento administrativo clásico y sus principales exponentes, así como la contribución de cada uno de sus autores, a la edificación del pensamiento administrativo actual.

Antes de abordar el enfoque administrativo impulsado por el proceso de globalización económica actual, en voz de algunos de sus exponentes, expondré el momento de disociación  que existe entre el pensamiento clásico y el pensamiento administrativo global, a partir de los aportes que la Teoría General de Sistemas le hace a la administración.

La visión de la administrativa de finales del siglo XX, me permitirá elaborar un breve repaso al enfoque administrativo  emergente de  fines de  siglo, el cual permea  el pensamiento  administrativo  y  de la segunda década del Siglo XXI, y lo conduce a preguntas clave de renovación y cambio frente a los procesos de ajuste administrativo organizacional en el nuevo siglo.

Y es que las empresas actuales a pesar de  tener sistemas complejos de organización aún no son capaces de adaptarse alos nuevos tiempos los cuales con sinónimos de incertidumbre, ni aún a través de los continuos procesos  de retroalimentación organizacional en base a los medios masivos de comunicación a su alcance, que  lejos  de  ayudarles  a  entender  la  complejidad  y  emergencia  de  las  estructuras organizacionales demandadas,  les  llevan  a  globalizar,  a ultranza sus esquemas administrativos y, en muchas ocasiones a tener que unificar  los  problemas administrativos y sus soluciones.
