England has a lot of customs..
First Saturday in January
Apple Howling or Wassailing is an ancient custom in which the evil spirits are driven out and the good spirits are encouraged to produce a good apple crop for the following year's cider.
Twelfth Night Celebrations - London
Twelfth Night is an annual seasonal celebration held on the Bankside, in London. It is a celebration of the New Year. It is free, accessible to all and happens whatever the weather.

Fire Festival
When spring approaches, the people do a Celtic festival. It features a procession, fire circus, drama and music. In this festival there are a parade with fire jugglers, drummers, Celtic characters, fire druids, a 12ftnd Jack Frost and the spring's Green Man.
Easter
It day has the same tradition in countries such as North America or other countries in Europe where they hide chocolate eggs that have previously been decorated by hand.

The first day of the month of May is known as May Day. It is the time of year when warmer weather begins and flowers and trees start to blossom. It is said that is a time of love and romance. It is when people celebrate the coming of summer with lots of different customs that are expressions of joy and hope after a long winter.
Roman festival of Flora
Although summer does not officially begin until June, May Day really marks its beginning. It celebrates annually from April 28th to May 3rd.
A traditional May Day dance is known as Maypole Dancing. People dance around of them to celebrate the end of winter and the start of the fine weather that would allow planting to begin.[pic 6]
Halloween day
[pic 7]England is a country where most live Halloween celebration. During this time of year, many Englishmen and people of other nationalities tend to travel to London, Manchester, Liverpool and other cities to enjoy this day.
Halloween in England is celebrated in a similar way to the United States. During that time, the streets, houses, parks, etc., are decorated with images related to Halloween as pumpkins, ghosts, witches, etc.
Harvest Festival
Harvest Festival that is a celebration of products grown, although this is a custom that takes place in almost all agricultural countries world in England and it is done for many centuries, today the tradition is to decorate churches with products obtained from the earth, usually this celebration is in the month of September.
Remembrance Day
There is a very special day in English customs and is the Remembrance Day, which also is known as the Poppy's day because it is traditional to wear an artificial poppy on the lapel, is celebrated on November 11 and is a day intended to remember all those men and women who were killed during the two world wars.
Costume
England, unlike Wales and Scotland, has no national dress. In London you can see men dressed in a red costume like in the two photographs below. They look after his queen and her jewels. Some people say this is the nearest thing to their national costume.

Tea time
When they are greeting are very reserved and only shaking hand, never kisses as in Spain, it is considered too familiar. But a most important custom is “Tea time” that is held between 3 to 5 pm, considered a moment to share and converse with friends.
