En primer lugar, quiero agradecer a Dios, por su amor incondicional que me llena de paz, por darme fuerzas y sabiduría para realizar mi trabajo de Investigación y por haber puesto en mi camino a personas que han sido mi compañía y sobre todo un soporte durante toda la etapa de estudio.

RESUMEN
Durante el desarrollo del trabajo de investigación se busca encontrar los principales instrumentos financieros que favorecerán a la empresa A & E PROJECT E.I.R.L, lo que se busca es considerar a los instrumentos financieros con una alternativa de solución en las diferentes operaciones que realice las empresas del sector comercial, en especial la empresa a la que me enfocare. El principal objetivo es determinar el impacto económico y financiero de estas operaciones influyen sobre la rentabilidad, que a futuro proyectan buenos resultados.
El desarrollo de la investigación consta de cinco capítulos, los cuales se nombrará a continuación:
Capítulo I: PLANTEAMIENTO TEORICO, en donde se detalla el problema de Investigación, se detalla la descripción del problema a investigar, la formulación, los objetivos planteados, la justificación del porque es necesario realizar esta investigación, la delimitación
Capitulo II: MARCO TEÓRICO, se desarrolla conceptos básicos y necesarios que se debe tener en cuenta al momento de aplicar instrumentos financieros en la empresa, se incluye información sobre la importancia de su uso, que es fundamental para realizar el estudio de la rentabilidad de una empresa del sector mencionado, finalmente concluye con la hipótesis y las variables independiente y dependiente.
Capitulo III: METODOLOGÍA DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN, se describe el método y tipo de investigación que reúne la presente, la población, la empresa que será objeto de estudio, así como los instrumentos y técnicas utilizadas para el desarrollo de la presente investigación.

ABSTRACT
During the development of the research work, the aim is to find the main financial instruments that will favor the company A & E PROJECT EIRL, what is sought is to consider the financial instruments with an alternative solution in the different operations carried out by companies in the sector. Commercial, especially the company I will focus on. The main objective is to determine the economic and financial impact of these operations influence profitability, which in the future project good results.
The development of the investigation consists of five chapters, which will be named
below:
Chapter I: THEORETICAL APPROACH, where the Research problem is detailed, the description of the problem to be investigated is detailed, the formulation, the objectives set, the justification of why it is necessary to carry out this investigation, the delimitation
Chapter II: THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK, develops basic and necessary concepts that must be taken into account when applying financial instruments in the company, includes information on the importance of their use, which is essential to carry out the study of the profitability of a company of the mentioned sector, finally concludes with the hypothesis and the independent and dependent variables.
Chapter III: METHODOLOGY OF THE INVESTIGATION, describes the method and type of investigation that gathers the present, the population, the company that will be the object of study, as well as the instruments and techniques used for the development of the present investigation.

INTRODUCCION
El trabajo de Investigación de esta cuestión es acerca de los Instrumentos Financieros y sus implicancias en la rentabilidad en el Sector Comercial, puesto que las finanzas por su avance han adquirido en la actualidad gran importancia en el mercado financiero.
