RESUMEN.

El presente informe de trabajo de año abarcó toda la información sobre el área administrativa de la Escuela Atahualpa, en donde por medio de una entrevista que se le realizó a la directora se pudo determinar la problemática establecida en los procesos administrativo que se lleva a cabo en dicha institución, y este constituyó un medio de análisis que permitió el cambio en las falencias encontradas. Por esta razón el equipo de trapajo planteo una mejora en los procesos administrativos como cumplimiento de su objetivo principal, seguidamente se implementaron métodos tales como , inductivo y el deductivo así como también las técnicas de investigación de campo y bibliográficas, las mismas que permitieron analizar, examinar las falencias encontradas y poder sacar una conclusión acerca de la problemática existente que era la de no contar con un sistema digitalizado que les permitiera agilizar la entrega de documentación en el momento requerido. Todo proceso que permita mejorar la calidad de servicio en las diferentes entidades públicas es importante ya que permiten cambiar la ineficiencias que siempre se han encontrado en dichas entidades, es por esta razón que es recomendable recoger y analizar datos para evaluar problemas de diversa naturaleza, es por esta razón que el equipo de trabajo tuvo como objetivo general, diagnosticar y proponer mejoras en los procesos administrativos que se llevan a cabo en la Escuela Fiscal Mixta Atahualpa de la ciudad de Calceta.

ABSTRACT
