Historia

Buenos días mi nombre es Rodrigo Caro y hoy les hablare sobre la historia de la cerveza.

Its manufacture started thousands of years ago in the Middle East in Sumer, discovered almost by accident mixing water with cereals, tasted the resulting liquid being the first beer, it is believed that the Sumerians made bread, dipped it in water and after several days Yeast fermented producing an alcoholic beverage that when being drink put them very cheerful. The origins of beer are those of agriculture, humans formed large areas of grain cultivation to produce bread, and logically beer, including it in their diet as it was a very important food source of sugar that could not be achieved somewhere else.

When the manufacture of the beer began to spread by the world the different civilizations used different types of grain to make them:

In chila the wheat was used to produce sanchuo, the Russians, rye to make quads, and the Japanese rice, to make sake

Beer expanded from Sumer to all of Europe, where it became the drink we all know

Brewing: Beer can be produced with any type of grain, barley, wheat, corn rye or rice, it can also be flavored with anything herbs, fruits or chocolate. The only important thing is to have the basic ingredients: water, malted cereal, hops (preservative) and yeast (which allows fermentation) It has a very delicate process as you can see but this video sums it up all haha

Types of beer: Lager: beer more common in the world and less bitter, has between 4 to 5 degrees of alchool

Pilsen: A lot of hop flavor has between 3 to 5 degrees of alchool.

Bock: German beer dark and very bitter, has between 5 to 15 degrees of alchool

Biter: England beer kept in the barrel,

I think A world without beer would be a very boring place, a world without beer would be a world without a smile, without a good conversation and without good company.
