MANUAL DE COMBIVENCIA ALOJAMIENTO APARTAMENTO VISTA HERMOSA

NORMA 1.-  Prohibido fumar y tener animales:

Está prohibido fumar en la habitación, el apartamento y el piso, excepto en el área del parqueadero y espacios abiertos. No están permitidos animales de ningún tipo.

NORMA 2.-  Ruidos:

Ten cuidado con el tono de voz alto ya que puede molestar a tus compañeros de piso o a los vecinos.

NORMA 3.-  Tendidos de cama y toallas:

Solicitamos dar el uso adecuado a estos elementos ya que son para su servicio.

NORMA 4. – Luz, Ventilador, Aire Acondicionado y Televisor.

Apaga las luces, ventilador, aire acondicionado y el televisor cuando no los estés usando. Asegúrate de que todas estén apagadas cuando salgas de la habitación.

NORMA 5. – Pérdida o robo de las llaves.

En caso de robo o pérdida de llaves del apartamento o la habitación, por seguridad podemos decidir cambiar la cerradura, siendo tu responsabilidad el gasto ocasionado por el cambio y las copias de las llaves necesarias.

NORMA 6.- Internet.

Con el fin de garantizar una adecuada velocidad en la trasmisión de datos por Internet No está permitido manipular el router.

NORMA 7.-  Fiestas:

Las fiestas en casa están prohibidas a cualquier hora y cualquier día de la semana.

Si tienes invitados a cenar y se alarga la velada, se moderará el tono de voz y se quitará la música a las 23:00 horas.

Si hay problemas con los vecinos o llega la policía como consecuencia de ruidos o comportamiento inadecuado de convivencia en el que resultes responsable, tendrás que abandonar la vivienda inmediatamente desde el momento en que TU ANFITRION  te lo comunique, con la consiguiente pérdida de la devolución del pago realizado por el hospedaje y siendo tú el responsable en caso de multa por las autoridades del pago de la misma.

NORMA 8.-  Área de cocina:

En caso de requerir el servicio de la nevera, licuadora o de la cocina, se recomienda dejarla limpia y no dejar restos de alimentos en el fregadero.

NORM 2.- Noises:

Be careful with the high tone of voice as it can annoy your roommates or neighbors.

NORMA 3.- Layouts of bed and towels:

We request the proper use of these elements as they are for your service.

NORM 4. - Light, Fan, Air Conditioning and TV.

Turn off the lights, fan, air conditioner and TV when you are not using them. Make sure they are all turned off when you leave the room.

RULE 5. - Loss or theft of the keys.

In case of theft or loss of keys to the apartment or room, for security we can decide to change the lock, being your responsibility the expense caused by the change and copies of the necessary keys.

NORMA 6.- Internet.

In order to guarantee an adequate speed in the transmission of data over the Internet, it is not allowed to manipulate the router.

NORMA 7.- Parties:

Home parties are prohibited at any time and any day of the week.

If you have dinner guests and the evening is extended, the tone of voice will be moderate and the music will be removed at 23:00.

If there are problems with the neighbors or the police arrive as a result of noise or inappropriate behavior of coexistence in which you are responsible, you will have to leave the house immediately from the moment in which YOUR HOST informs you, with the consequent loss of the return of the payment made for the lodging and you being responsible in case of a fine by the authorities of the payment of the same.
