Ensayo mi experiencia en la escuela secundaria

Ir a la escuela secundaria fue una experiencia muy agradable ya que uno va a la escuela para aprender hacer maestro ya que con la práctica se hace la experiencia. Uno como estudiante es fácil no hacerle caso a los maestros pero cuando ya estas frente a ellos es muy difícil porque no sabes como llamar su atención, no sabes que actividades le llaman la atención, entonces es un problema muy grande ya que no conoces los intereses de los estudiantes.

Como ya había dicho ser maestro es una profesión muy noble, se oye fácil pero en realidad no lo es ya que uno no sabe como ser buen maestro hasta que practicas. Una de las dificultades a las que el maestro se enfrenta es la disciplina dentro de el aula, en mi caso los alumnos algunas veces se distraían ya que no encontraban interés hacia la clase o porque el maestro no tiene esa habilidad para engancharlos, esa fue una de mis debilidades ya que no supe como atraer su atención ya sea por diferentes circunstancias ya sea el material didáctico o porque de plano la actividad les aburría, en mi caso los alumnos estaban atentos en la mayoría de las veces pero yo los tenia muy pasivos ya que no los quería tener haciendo ruido o algo parecido pero al contrario los alumnos empiezan a inquietarse y necesitan moverse para aca y para aya y cuando uno los tiene muy pasivos es cuando mas empiezan a distraerse. Entonces es muy necesario tenerlos motivados para que su aprendizaje sea significativo además de que tengan eso habito de leer y aprender. Para algunos el aprendizaje no es posible sin motivación, para otros, no es una variable importante dentro del aprendizaje. Cuando hablamos de aprendizaje significativo, éste puede ocurrir sin motivación, lo cual no implica negar el hecho de que la motivación puede facilitar el aprendizaje siempre y cuando esté presente y sea operante (Ausubel:1976) como dice es el autor no es necesario pero en la mayoría de los casos lo es ya que si no están motivados no les interesa para nada el tema así como es importante contextualizar a los alumnos en que medio es para ellos funcional lo que estamos viendo porque si uno como maestro le da muy rápido el tema obviamente que el alumno no sabrá dónde, cuándo y cómo utilizarla.

Otro factor muy importante es cuando el docente no sabe como tratar con los alumnos ya que a la edad de 13 y 14 años es la etapa donde se ponen un poco mas rebeldes y se rebelan contra ti y no quieren poner nada de atención y se la pasan molestando a los demás entonces eso es un problema para el profesor yo lo que hice fue que a los alumnos que estaban muy inquietos los utilice no se tal ves como monitores a que se pusieran a revisar las participaciones, los trabajos que habíamos hecho a escribir la fecha en el pizarrón poner sellos a los trabajos y algo parecido esta es una forma en que los alumnos pueden estar un poco controlados y algunas veces con levantarle un poco la vos o mirarlos un poco feo que asi como los alumnos se tranquilizan.

En mi escuela secundaria los padres de familia están algo apegados a la educación de sus hijos si van a revisar como van sus hijos en la escuela que calificaciones tienen entre otras cosas, es importante recalcar este aspecto ya que en muchas partes hay escuela en las que los padres de familia no asisten y no están interesados en la educación de los hijos.

Un problema que radica en mi escuela es la falta de higiene y la alimentación. Una es la alimentación ya que los alumnos se enfermaban ya que no comían y tenían sus defensas muy bajas y cuando tenían activación física ya no querían porque se sentían mal. Como decía un autor no recuerdo su nombre decía que como se puede ir a la escuela SIN ANTES SATISFACER LAS NECESIDADES BASICAS DEL HOMBRE, es igual para los chicos no esta bien que vayan a la escuela si están pensando en que tienen hambre, tienen problemas en su casa o algo parecido. Otro problema radical para poder trabajar con los alumnos es su falta de higiene cuando trabajas por la tarde el ambiente de trabajo es muy pesado entonces nosotros como maestros es necesario hablar con ellos y hacerles ver que tener una buena higiene contribuye a el ambiente de aprendizaje.

Yo me quedo con el autor Jesus Alonso Tapia y sus seis motivaciones. Presentar información sorprendente, 2 plantear problemas relevantes, 3 relacionar con saber previo, 4 situar en objetivos globales, 5 señalar objetivos específicos, 6 explicitar la utilidad del aprendizaje. Esto es muy importante la de darle utilidad y valor a lo que hacen los alumnos porque si no valoras lo que hacen ellos para la próxima ya no te trabajan para nada.

Uno de mis debilidades fue como sacarle provecho a el material didáctico porque si para los niños es llamativo pero uno como maestro no sabe como utilizarlo y mas si es primerizo pero de todo eso se aprende para mejorar para la próxima jornada.

Testing my experience in high school

Go to high school was a very pleasant experience because you go to school to learn to become master because the practice is experience. One such student is easy to ignore the teachers but when you're already in front of them is very difficult because you do not know how to call your attention, did not know what activities appeal to you, then it is a big problem because they do not know the interest of students.

As I had said teaching is a noble profession, easily heard but in reality it is because you do not know how to be a good teacher until practices. One of the difficulties facing the teacher is the discipline in the classroom, in my case, sometimes students were distracted and were not interest in the class or because the teacher does not have that ability to hook, that was a of my weaknesses and I did not know how to attract attention either by different circumstances either teaching material or activity level because I was bored, in my case the students were attentive in most of the time but I had very passive and that did not want to have to make noise or something but unlike students begin to get restless and need to move this way and the nurse and when one has too passive is when most start to wander. So it is very necessary to keep them motivated to make your learning meaningful addition to having this habit of reading and learning. For some learning is not possible without motivation, for others, it is an important variable in learning. When it comes to meaningful learning, this can occur without motivation, which is not to deny the fact that the learning motivation can facilitate long as is present and operative (Ausubel: 1976) as the author says is not necessary but most cases it is because if they are motivated not at all interested in the subject and context is important that students in middle is functional for them what we're looking for if you like fast teacher gives the subject obviously that students do not know where, when and how to use it.

Another very important factor is when the teacher does not know how to deal with students since the age of 13 and 14 is the stage where you get a little more rebels and rebel against you and do not want to put anything of attention and the go bothering others then that's a problem for the teacher what I did was that students who were very anxious not use them as monitors maybe it has started to review the holdings, the work we had done to write the date stamps on the board to put the work and something like this is one way that students can be a bit controlled and sometimes you lift a little or watch a bit ugly as well as the students settle down.

In high school my parents are somewhat attached to the education of their children if they are going to review how their children are in school than ratings have among other things, it is important to emphasize this point because in many places where no school parents do not attend and are not interested in the education of children.

One problem lies in my school is the lack of hygiene and nutrition. One is food and that students were sick because they ate and had their defenses very low and when they were no longer wanted physical activation because they felt bad. As one author can not remember his name and said he can go to school WITHOUT meet the basic needs of man, is the same for the kids is not right to go to school if they are thinking that they are hungry, they have problems in home or something. Another problem is to work with students is their lack of hygiene when working in the afternoon the work environment is very heavy then we as teachers need to talk to them and make them see that having good hygiene contributes to the learning environment.

I'll stick with the author Jesus Alonso Tapia and his six motivations. Presenting a striking, two relevant problematic, 3 relate to previous knowledge, 4 place in overall goals, specific objectives noted 5, 6 explain the usefulness of learning. This is very important to give the utility and value to what the students because if you do not value what they do for the next and do not work at all.

One of my weaknesses is how to take advantage of educational materials for children because if it is flashy but one as a teacher does not know how to use it more if it is first-but all that is learned to improve for the next day.
