  1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Super Potatoes is a company launched three years ago in Zaragoza, Spain. They offer very good quality products whose main ingredient, is potato. This new concept was develop initially in the city of Zaragoza and knows a big success. There is now 100 food trucks establish in the most important Spanish cities.

We want now to increase our business that is why we are trying to implement ourselves on the Netherland market. In order to start in this new country we are planning to establish two potatoes food trucks in Rotterdam which will move to most important events in the Netherlands.

Keys to Success

For several years fast food has grown in Europe. With our quality products we get to meet the expectations of the population. First we have no competitor in Spain that offers the same products as us. This concept was new. However, our company made important marketing and communication campaign to try to make our products. Our success is due to our visibility in the city with our choice of locations and the recognition of our products. That is why we are going to export this offer.

Food

In Spain we offered menus only based from potatoes but in the Netherlands we wants to add some burgers without potatoes. For sure, we propose with this, salad, desert and coffee. Guests have a choice of several meat returned to plancha as ham, bacon.

Management

5 people for the management of this truck. The truck moves every weekday at strategic points in the city of Rotterdam.

Regarding fast food, traditional pragmatism meets the modern Dutchman's predilection for the exotic. Not for nothing are neither cabbage nor potatoes being pressed, but rather foreign meals like bami, nasi or shoarma. Multicultural is the keyword in the world of Dutch fast food.

A number of factors will help to sustain growth in total constant value sales and transactions. These include competitive prices and frequent discount promotions (especially by major chains), busier lifestyles and growing consumer demands for convenience, and efforts by operators in all fast food channels to improve the quality of their services and offer a wider range of food choices, particularly in terms of healthy alternatives.
