RESUMEN

El diagnóstico y la Propuesta de Mejoramiento del Proceso Contable de la Peluquería Jordan – Cali, valle del cauca se adelanta a partir del reconocimiento de que existe un problema que se hace evidente en el área contable del negocio; por lo tanto, se hace necesario evaluar el proceso contable actual de la empresa identificar, las dificultades y sus causas para recomendar las acciones más oportunas para la consolidación y el crecimiento de la peluquería.

A pesar del enfoque con énfasis en lo contable, como resultado de la investigación se pudo establecer que si se pretende hacer mejoras significativas en el negocio se requiere intervenir simultáneamente en los componentes administrativo, de producción, tecnológico y en el financiero más allá de lo contable.

ABSTRACT

The diagnosis and the Proposal of Improvement of the Accounting Process of the Jordan barbershop in Cali - Valle del Cauca, is advanced from the recognition that there is a problem that becomes evident in the business accounting area; Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the current accounting process of the company identify, the difficulties and their causes to recommend the most appropriate actions for the consolidation and growth of the barbershop.

Despite the focus on accounting, as a result of the investigation it was established that if it is intended to make significant improvements in the business requires simultaneous intervention in the administrative, production, technological and financial components beyond accounting.
