RESUMEN
En los negocios, la globalización ha generado que los mercados sean más
exigentes, por esto las empresas deben sobresalir en un ambiente altamente
competitivo, desarrollando y mejorando sus métodos de optimización de los
procesos y de la reducción de costos sin que se pierda la calidad y el buen
servicio.
El Capítulo I consiste en los diversos trabajos realizados en base al leasing financiero y la liquidez. Al observar que la empresa solicitaba leasing para el mejoramiento de sus equipos, muebles y maquinarias nos dimos cuenta que la liquidez de la empresa estaba incrementando. Por ello implementamos los métodos de flujo de caja, ciclo operativo y capital de trabajo para poder tomar decisiones en la hora de obtener un leasing.
El Capítulo II consiste en los diversos trabajos de investigación basados en la liquidez. De esta manera desglosamos nuestro trabajo en dos variables importantes, la variable independiente leasing financiero y las tres variables dependientes que son: flujo de caja, ciclo operativo y capital de trabajo.
El Capítulo III consiste en el desarrollo integral de un caso práctico, es decir, el planteamiento contable del leasing financiero y, a su vez, su determinación en
procesos que serán plasmados de forma gráfica.
Y, finalmente, en el Capítulo IV se dará a conocer el Informe de Investigación,
donde plantearemos lo observado en la empresa antes y después de aplicar
el flujo de caja, ciclo operativo y capital de trabajo. Sin embargo, la empresa estaría
considerando replantear todo su proceso administrativo para la obtención de
mejores resultados con este método.
Nuestro objetivo con esta tesis es mantener la liquidez de la empresa a través del flujo de caja y el ciclo operativo para que la empresa obtenga una mayor toma de decisiones en el aspecto de obtener un leasing financiero.

ABSTRACT
In business, globalization has meant that markets more demanding, so companies must excel in an environment highly competitive, developing new and better methods of optimization processes and reducing costs without the loss of quality and good service.
Chapter I consists of the various works carried out on the basis of financial leasing and liquidity. Noting that the leasing company sought to improve its equipment, furniture and machinery we realized that the liquidity of the company was increasing. Therefore we implement methods cash flow, operating cycle and working capital to make decisions when obtaining a lease.
Chapter II consists of various research based on liquidity. In this way we break down our work in two important variables, financial leasing independent variable and the three dependent variables: cash flow, operating cycle and working capital.
Chapter III consists of the integral development of a case, ie, the accounting approach of financial leasing and, in turn, their determination processes that will be reflected graphically.
And finally, in Chapter IV will be released the Research Report, which we will raise noted in the company before and after applying cash flow, operating cycle and working capital. However, the company would considering rethink its entire administrative process for obtaining best results with this method.
Our goal with this thesis is to maintain the liquidity of the company through cash flow and operating cycle for the company to gain greater decision-making in the aspect of obtaining a financial leasing.
