Fecha: Wednesday June 29, 2016

Bibliografía:

Goldenstern, Joyce. Great minds of science: Albert Einstein – Physicist and Genius. Enslow Publishers. 2005.

Objetivo:

The main objective of this report is to share a little bit of my thoughts about exceptional people, someone who has done something so important for the world and for himself or herself, while sharing it with everybody, becoming a recognized person from doing something that you believed it was right to do and had excellent results.

Procedimiento:

  1. I read the three topics from unit 4, especially the topic 11, that talked about exceptional people and showed us a little bit about superlative adjetives.
  2. Searched on the internet about the person that I picked as the one I admire the most.
  3. Answered all the questions with my opinions while sandwiching superlative adjectives in between.
  4. Concluded what I learned about this topic while writing this report.

Resultados:

After reviewing the short description of every person in this article, I believe that the one I truly admire the most is Albert Einstein (1879-1955).

  1. Answer the following questions in your answers, make sure you use 5 examples of superlatives.
  1. Who do you think that is the most admirable person from all of them? Choose one.

It was a long list of people who believed that this world was a reason for a much better humanity, the most interested they were in people, the more human they became. It was hard to choose, but I have to say that my pick was between Albert Einstein and Mozart, who did I think was more influential? Definitely Albert Einstein. He combined his habilities as a physicist and as a human being, and that’s much more admirable, cause not only he did something for human kind as a valuable person and searched for a better world, but he tried to explain to the world how the planet was placed in space, explained everything about spacetime, kinematic and gravitational time dilation, and even length contraction.

While we don’t have to explain anything about his theory, we can thank him for a lot of things that we know now and we don’t even appreciate how they were born. His intelligence and hability helped people understand so many things about gravity, how the space worked and how it was possible the existence of spacetime, at the same time he fought for human rights and tried to reach a much more peaceful world.

  1. Why do you think so? What do you admire from him/her?

Probably because he is the most intelligent person ever, is not that hard to explain. Thanks to him we can understand the basis of physics to say the least, and not only that, even though he was a genius, he had a kind heart and was always fighting for human rights, detested injustice and became one of the most influential human beings.
