Starbucks APP: For example, in my country are appearing mobile applications which you can buy hamburgers, you select the hamburger, the beverage, ingredients, etc. A good idea might be to have a Starbucks app for Android and Iphones which you can buy a coffee (and other products from Starbucks) and then you could go straight to the store for only to pick up the product and consume it without spending time with the cashier.

In my opinion, starbucks had two mais goals with this platform
1. Get closer to their consumers. Make them feel part of the company, what makes the consumtion experience way more relevant and meaningful.
2. By the consumers inputs, they can make improvements on their products. Moving into the direction of what consumers what to consume.
