3. RESUMEN

El presente trabajo de investigación está desarrollado bajo la línea de investigación Sistemas de Información && Ingeniería de software  para la mejora continua de las gestiones bibliotecarias con  la  finalidad  de automatizar los procesos actuales de la biblioteca y mejorar la calidad del servicio a los usuarios, el presente trabajo se inserta dentro de  la línea de investigación que ha  definido la Escuela Profesional de Ingeniería  de  informática,  el  tipo  de la investigación es cuantitativo, el nivel de la investigación  es descriptivo y el diseño de la investigación es no experimental.

4. ABSTRACT

This research work is developed under the research line Information Systems && Software engineering for the continuous improvement of library management in order to automate current library processes and improve the quality of service to users, the present The work is inserted within the line of research defined by the Professional School of Computer Engineering, the type of research is quantitative, the level of research is descriptive and the research design is non-experimental.
